Getting started

Lupr helps you collect structured feedback, generate AI-powered improvements, and dispatch work to your issue tracker. Get up and running in five minutes.

1

Create a project

A project represents the idea, product, or feature you want feedback on. There are two ways to create one:

Quick start (AI-powered)

Paste a URL or describe your idea in one paragraph. AI generates the project page, structured fields, and custom feedback questions automatically.

Manual creation

Fill in the fields yourself: title, summary, problem, solution, differentiation, and risks. Full control over every detail.

Protection levels

Choose how reviewers access your project. Higher protection adds friction but protects sensitive ideas.

LevelWhat reviewers seeFriction
NoneDirect access, no gatingLowest
PledgeGood-faith confidentiality pledge before viewingLow
NDA TemplateBuilt-in one-way or mutual NDA to signMedium
Custom NDAYour own NDA text, rendered and signedHighest
2

Invite reviewers

Add reviewer email addresses from the project detail page. Each reviewer receives a unique, cryptographically secure invite link. You can also build a reviewer pool of contacts you invite frequently.

Individual invites

Enter email addresses one at a time. Each gets a unique secure token.

Reviewer pool

Save contacts you invite often. Select from your pool when creating new invites.

Security: Invite tokens are 256-bit random values. Only the SHA-256 hash is stored in the database. Tokens cannot be reconstructed from stored data.

3

Collect feedback

When a reviewer clicks their invite link, they go through a structured flow:

1

Preview

See the project title, summary, and protection level. Decide whether to proceed.

2

Accept

If the project is protected, read and accept the confidentiality pledge or NDA.

3

View

Read the full pitch content. The page is watermarked with the reviewer's email and timestamp.

4

Submit feedback

Rate the idea (1-5), answer "Would you use this?", respond to custom questions, and leave written feedback.

4

Review results

Your project dashboard gives you a complete picture of all feedback:

Feedback list

All responses with ratings, status labels, tags, and vote counts. Filter, sort, and respond.

Analytics

Aggregate scores, rating distribution, sentiment analysis, and feedback trends over time.

Validation score

Score calculated from "Would you use this?" responses. Track user demand over time.

Invite management

Track invite status, resend, or revoke access. Full audit trail of all actions.
